Policies

  • No fee to cancel your pickup.
  • All trips are billed with a $20 minimum and $30 minimum for van service.
  • Reservations are required to be made at least 45 minutes before the desired pickup time. Please call for availability if you need to be picked up in less than 45 minutes.
  • All reservations are subject to availability.
  • Waiting time is charged at $0.60 per minute.
  • Waiting time will be charged when a stop is added to the trip and the driver is asked to wait.
  • Waiting time will be charged if the driver is forced to wait more than five minutes past the scheduled pickup time (flight delays at the airport are excluded).
  • A fee of $10 will be charged if the passenger cancels the trip after the driver arrives at the pickup location.
  • Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. If we made a mistake, we will make it right.
  • Drivers do not carry cash. Exact change is required to pay for services with cash.
  • A credit/debit card is required to make a reservation (even if you are paying with cash).
  • Credit card processing fees of 2.7% will be added to all credit card transactions.
  • Passengers are responsible for any damage or messes they may cause including but not limited to food and drink spills, vomit etc. A cleaning fee of $150 minimum will be charged if the cleanup requires professional cleaning. All costs exceeding $150 will also be charged to the passenger.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
